My husband and I had a wonderful time on The Jade touring Greece and Turkey, and NCL made it easy and comfortable for us to do this.

A little about ourselves, we have sailed NCL 7 other times before and made Platinum on this cruise. We are more about the ports of call and not the ship, but the Jade was the first time in years that we were back on a smaller ship.

We were concerned about crowds and not having a lot to do but we were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed the ship. We found the Jade to be easy to get around, a nice pool area, plenty of space inside and out to sit and relax and the ship was very clean.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

A little small but we made due, good location and very quiet. Lots of hangers and storage places. Small safe, laptop did not fit in it

Port Reviews

Athens (Piraeus)

Spent two days in Athens before our cruise, very hot and very crowded but we pushed thru and had a great time

Istanbul

Amazing port but also very crowded, crazy traffic and long lines but very worth while

Mykonos

OK port, pretty scenic drive and stopped at a nice beach but did not have time to swim

Rhodes

Old Town and the Walled City was fascinating

Santorini

We thought this would be our favorite port but again very hot, tons of people so we headed back to the ship shortly after our excursion ended
