Serious plumbing problems:

As soon as my family and I arrived at our cabin (IR1-Deluxe Interior), the flashing of the toilet did not work, neither did the shower drain! I quickly informed the reception about this serious issue. It took them more than 24 hours and countless visits at the reception to fix the toilet and the shower! I made countless attempts to change my cabin but they declined, until the cabin had an unbearable smell (after approximately 16 hours!), in which they agreed to give us a temporary cabin to have a shower and use the toilet. On the MSC Musica, there is no complaint form and the reception staff declined to sign a letter that I wrote stating my experience that I had never received a functional cabin and that it took them >24 hours to fix the shower and toilet. Off the record, they did offer my a bottle of wine or a massage which of-course I declined!
