Great room, below average service and food. Servers needed more help during all meals. When it takes ten minutes to get iced tea, and you’re never told about breakfast specials, you need more help. A river cruise ship with190 travers needed more help in restaurants and the front desk. Most of our questions went unanswered.
Several travelers on our trip either had colds or COVID. We were crammed on buses and in tour groups. I should have worn a mask.
Excursions were expensive and what used to be included is not.
