I'm thankful that AmaMagna was my first. However, my expectations are extremely high for any future river cruising. I can't imagine sailing with any other cruise line. Ama certainly knows how to make you feel like family. What a wonderful crew!!! Our Cruise Mgr. Kriss was gracious, welcoming and always available to help. Our Hotel Mgr. Robert was a true professional and always easy to talk to. The Captain was the cutest - forgive me for not remembering his name. Food, dining service, steward service, and cleanliness unmatched! Tours were amazing! Thank you for doing my laundry like I was the only guest on board! We didn't book any specialty dining and only used the main dining room every night and we were NEVER disappointed. The food was ALWAYS more than enough and always tasty. *** When we arrived in Budapest they had an AMA WATERWAYS employee help us get transportation to the port. I couldn't find that information anywhere before we left. I could go on...but instead....I'm going to go on another AMA cruise!

Suite (with Balcony)
Perfection! We thought it would be noisy because we were at the beginning of the hallway, but they close the hallway off to ensure silence in the evening (and it was silent!). We were right next to the self service coffee bar - I couldn't ask for more! *** Tons of closet space, shelving, hangers, drawers. In room safe, curling iron, blow dryer, robe. Always replenished our water. We kept cheese from the cheese plate in our mini fridge for snack during excursions. The crew refilled our mini fridge with soda daily. Always provided us with fresh fruit in our room. We had a comfy sofa and the toilet was separate from our shower which was really convenient. Balcony was ample, but we sat on the top deck more than anything.
