My husband and I went on the 28 day Grand Israel/Mediterranean/Trans-Atlantic cruise last November/December. We met amazing people and had a fantastic time. Our favorites? We loved the twice-daily trivia competitions as well as the evening musical trivia. We also loved the crew-led games/entertainment. (The cruise director for our first segment was fantastic!) The food was good-to-great (depending on meal). The service was amazing, particularly our room steward. The cabin was well-designed with lots of space. The negatives? The nightime shows weren't really impressive. Also, the ship had plumbing issues. (In fairness to Princess, they did rectify these issues relatively quickly.) Island was showing her age in several areas and was in need of some sprucing up. We wished the gym had windows with views. Neither of us drink alcohol and appreciated the ability to buy soda and coffee packages (something we wish Princess would continue to offer). Despite the imperfections, though, this was an outstanding, bucket-list trip of the Holy Land.
