Our e-bike trip through the countryside around Bourg, FR.
Chateau Margeaux.
Vineyards as far as the horizon.
Our day on Arcachon Bay.

We had a great time visiting the Bordeaux Region of France in the comfort of the well equipped Viking Forseti ship. The ship's crew was welcoming and a joy to be with on our journey with them. On board food and beverage was excellent with a wide choice of options. Housekeeping staff was meticulous in keeping our Stateroom fresh twice a day.

On shore excursions were available every full day if our cruise including walking, e-bike, coach and day boat adventures in Cadillac, Bordeaux, Libourne, Saint Emilion, Blaye, Medoc, Margeaux, Arcachon and Cap Ferret. Our day in Medoc and Margeaux visiting Chateaus was capped by a grand dinner at Chateau Kirwan produced and served by the spectacularly talented Viking Forseti crew.

Feliz was a wonderful Program Director keeping us informed of each upcoming day's activities and was always available to make any adjustments we needed to our roster of activities. Front Deck staff was available at any hour and was very helpful in resolving our inquiries.

Cabin Review

Veranda Superior

Our Stateroom on the Upper Deck was spacious and comfortable. Furnishings and fittings were in excellent condition. Air conditioning was perfectly silent. Housekeeping staff was meticulous in freshening twice each day of our cruise.
