Sail Date: Jul 2023

We chose this cruise ship because we wanted to sail out of Tampa. Entering the port was very easy walking on the ship we didn’t notice much besides, it was a much smaller ship then we prefer. Then the horror starts we get to our room and realize AC does not work. Temperature outside was 101°. We also noticed the room was not well-maintained was the room number one of there Jr. Suites. We told our state room attendant and front desk the AC does not work, and when they replied, I will notify them. Nothing was ever done no matter how much we complained. But don’t worry it gets better. We also find out that the expensive wifi that we are paying for does not work in that room nor does the TV. Sadly traveling with a child that makes his trip miserable. They offered us 20% off Wi-Fi we can’t use. Sum it up the pool deck was nasty the plates at windjammer were filthy and I and family could not wait till the cruise was over. Sadly did not bring passports or would have got off ship and stayed at a resort then flown back instead of being tortured for seven days. Royal Caribbean this is the worst ship you have and sometimes you have to let go my only advice to you.
