We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary on Jul 21, 2023. We decided to treat ourselves and chose the Viking River Cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest. We arrived a few days earlier to visit family in Amsterdam. Viking made all the arrangements and were were very happy. We truly enjoyed how Viking made the trip flawless, relaxing and even when we had to switch ships due to low water levels, it was easy and so coordinated. All details were attended to. All the stops along the river were memorable and we took many pictures. Food was exceptional and variety to please everyone. The staffs were friendly and always ready to assist and even honor special requests. This was our first river cruise and hope to be one of many in the future. We met many people and even made friends that we will stay in touch with and hopefully travel again with them.
