Viking has shown us before the attention to detail in providing service and comfort on their cruises. So many extras are included in the cost of their cruises. The food quality is outstanding and rooms are very comfortable. The Ocean ships and Long Ships on the Rhine are both great and smaller than the mainstream cruise lines. The amount of people allowed on Viking ships makes it easier for people to meet and visit with more people more often. The ship is well maintained and provides all the necessary accommodations. Room service is available. Daily room cleaning and set up at night are provided and completed nicely.

Viking excursions are the very best and leisure tours are available if needed for the folks that have trouble walking on the cobblestone streets.They have daily included tours that were equally as good as any extra paid Viking cruise tours also available. Tour booking was very easy on the Viking website for the trip. Airline seating and any special requests were handled on their website for the trip.

Wine at dinner was complimentary without a beverage program. Dinner menus offered a regular menu list of items and an additional “regional menu” representing food of the area we were visiting. Viking may be slightly more expensive but what is included and their professional service makes it awesome. Their trip assistance offered during our trip was excellent when our United flight to Amsterdam was cancelled. We will cruise again with Viking with confidence. Thank you Viking!!!
