We chose this cruise because the Grand Princess was a smaller ship that could turn around in Glacier Bay. Princess advertised that it's specialty was Alaska cruises but if that was their specialty, they have a long way to go.. Princess had a lot of incentives to get you to try their cruise line such as free drink packages and WIFI. The overall ship was fine but they had a LOT of areas that need improvement. Overall, the ship is showing it's age. The dealers in the Casino were obviously all new and in training. They didn't know how to count chips and had to be watched every time. They made a LOT of mistakes. Some of them were on their first cruise and it showed.

The Pros: The cons far outweighed the Pros but here goes.
