First, do NOT get The Key on this ship. It's a total rip-off. There is no "fast lane" access to onboard activities as advertised. You only get one hour of private time on each of The FlowRider, Zipline, Ice Skating, and the Rock Wall. Internet connectivity is spotty - ours kept disconnecting. And the welcome lunch is not worth the overall cost. Next, it's almost impossible to get a reservation for dining - unless you reserve well in advance - or the comedy shows. For dining after 9:00 p.m., you basically only have room service (at a cost) or pizza. When the buffet is open, the variety is limited. It's basically the same thing every single day. While the staff was great. They were friendly and attentive, the cruise did not have the diversity of countries that we've come to enjoy on other cruise lines. We enjoyed interacting with staff from all over the world on Carnival cruises - this cruise seemed to primarily hire people from the Philippines and India, with a few more from Romania, Ukraine, and South Africa. I know you're not going on a cruise to make friends with the staff, but meeting people from multiple other countries was something we missed. Overall, we were disappointed. We go on cruises to relax and enjoy the ship at our leisure. On this ship, the reservation system blocks you out of most of the shows (unless you're lucky) and you can't just grab a quick soft serve ice cream or a salad later at night - only pizza after 9:00 p.m. While Royal Caribbean did have some things we enjoyed, we will not return to Royal Caribbean after this experience. Too many let downs.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Balcony

Our cabin was fine. It was a typical balcony stateroom. When we first arrived, it had a musty odor to it, but room freshener helped. The stateroom attendant was also phenomenal.
