My extended family of 9 (ages 5 to 82) cruised the Century to the Mediterranean in June. Between the nine of us we have cruised Carnival, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean before but I would not consider us experienced cruisers.

SERVICE: First and foremost I have to mention that the customer service on this ship was impeccable. The staff on the ship were so gracious to our family at every turn. Having friendly, polite, fun staff made for a wonderful experience on board the ship. We could have been sailing on a dingy and the Century staff would have made us all feel like royalty.

ROOMS: We had a sky suite on floor 10 and two inside suites on floor 4. The Sky Suite was nicely decorated, bright and airy, and had more storage space then we could use. Our butler was always available and satisfied all our requests. The Suite and the veranda were large enough for our entire family to gather and socialize before dinner. The veranda had two cushioned lounge chairs and a table with two more chairs. Bathroom was large and had a tub. Our butler brought fresh flowers, fruit and small sandwiches every day. I did notice some shaking in the Sky Suite from the engines which was unnerving at first but then I rarely noticed it. The inside cabins also had plenty of storage space.
