Sail Date: Jul 2023

We just sailed our 3rd cruise. This was more up our street so to speak as it was in the High Arctic.

MS Nordstjernen was a lovely old ship. We had a cabin towards the aft of the ship no window but private bathroom, wardrobe and plenty of space to what we were expecting.

This trip was about the surroundings of where you were sailing and not about Comfort of large entertainment complexes feeling more like a floating Mall or Butlins on the sea ! Which my cruise last year felt like and not really seeing much of the countries you Stop at ! Usually a quick half day following the hoardes where this was aship with only 80 passengers onboard. We landed twice daily and that was an adventure too. Donning our life jackets and getting g aboard the Zodiacs and leaving ship was an experience in itself !

Cabin Review

Smaller than your average cruise ship but adequate for this type of trip
