We jumped on the cruise as the temprature was to warm in Mallorca. We tried the most upgraded class available which was Aurea as this should have priorities. When embarking the ship - no pri. Only pri for extra cost was free seating time during dinner. My daughter has nut allergy and we ate at the specialty restaurant and informed. They served dessert with nuts and we needed to give treatment on allergic reaction even though we asked again if without nuts and the confirmed. Only excuse was - we told the kitchen. Food in specialty restaurants ok. Rest on the real low end like buffets and main restaurant. My wife booked personal trainer with body analysis. PT was good but body analysis was out of order - we really needed to argue to get compensation. Cleaning was good on the ship and in the rooms though one day we moved around in the nude and all of a sudden the cleaner enteref our terrace watching in. We know it was an accident but anyway NOT good. We had a cabing with jacuzzi on the terrace. The jacuzzi was really in bad condition in cabin. We are experienced inncruising but MSC in this case is not on the kevel of Royal Carribean or NCL. Entertainment was good but a lot of the same every day
