Wanted a cruise out of Norfolk. Getting on the ship no problem. We are platum so we have priority boarding. The room was to be ready. NOT. Went for muster drill, they scanned our card and said we were free to go. It was very crowded. However in the buffet area workers would stand in groups of three and played on their phone. They were also flirting with the customers. Paid for internet, it was down most of the time. I went to desk said I just was not using it correct.t. if I was not using it correctly how about everyone else we spoke to. On the second day for breakfast was seated with 6 other people, after an hour recived our food. Then was promptly told we needed exit the dining area, they had to be ready for lunch. The first sea brunch day, it took 45 minutes to get water. After two hours we left. Evening dining took so long we missed the evening shows. Walking down the hallways you could smell Marijuana being smoked, nothing was done. The ship had a huge amount of young teens, they ran the halls all night. One evening they played bowling in the halls with pizza, it was everywhere the next morning. I had real problems with employees watching videos on their phone. On day rwo shore day my husband had a snorkeling excursion, in January I booked his and booked my town tour, the night before the town excursion. Was due, it was canceled too late to book anything else. To top it off, I have emailed carnival three times, no reply. I am sooo disappointed
