Wanted to experience the lower Mississippi River, and this cruise was an excellent way to do that. Small number of passangers made the cruise a delight, while never feeling crowded or having to wait in any line for any service. This was our third trip on an American Cruise Line ship, and the service and personnel are over the top excellent. Could not hope for a better vacation.

Food was excellent, and because of the limited number of guests, it is possible to have a least one meal with everyone else during the course of the voyage. The dining room is large enough to hold all guests at the same time, and there is no assigned seating, allowing one to sit with someone they already met on board, or anyone else that they have yet to meet. And, beer and wine are included with all lunches and dinners if you so desire.

An getting on and off the ship is a breeze. If everyone is boarding or getting off at the same time, the longest it will take is 10 minutes. So much simpilier than on the large cruise ships.

Cabin Review

Cabin was much larger than any large cruise ship we were ever on, and the bathroom was exceptionall large with a full size walk in shower. Also, all rooms have a private balcony. There are no inside cabins.
