My husband and I were kinda upset with this cruise ship. We try to go on a cruise once a year for our anniversary. And any other time we have not had a issue until this time. Our room didn't have ac in it, after telling customer service 3 times, they sent someone up to fix it, and it wasn't ever fixed, we ended up sleepingwith the balcony door opened just to get some air flowing through the room. Than the horizon food supervisor was suppose to give us a call, because we were served raw food,( my husband had steak, and I had salmon) and there was a hair in the desert. We didn't recieve any phone calls or anything.

The washers and dryers would take payment twice before working.

The ports were amazing, and so was our room cleaning crew. But thats.the only reason they didn't score lower..
