Chose this cruise for its itinerary and wanted to experience a Celebrity cruise, that while not considered a “luxury line”, is *supposed* to be a higher level/tier cruise line than target market competitors.

IT IS NOT!

Celebrity established itself as the poorest/worst cruise line I’ve experienced well before I even boarded the ship! I spent well over two hours on the phone with at least two different (shore) CSR’s looking for very basic questions to be answered…like what nights were designated formal nights; and which exact night & time a special “Dinner with the Chef” experience was actually held, so that I could plan my daily schedule (on both port and sea days)…but was only told that guests who “booked” & pre-pad for the (non-refundable) experience would be advised of that info *after* boarding!?!
