Enjoyed the cruise and the many interesting excursions. The tour guides were knowledgeable and gave wonderful local insights to their areas. Especially enjoyed Saguenay and the interesting history of the area. Halifax is a charming area, and the boardwalk was fun to walk down and shop. As we sailed into Boston there was a rainbow over the city which was a lovely way to start the day and our tour of Boston. The “Panoramic Boston by Land & Water” was a lot of fun, guide was funny and informative and it was on an amphibious vehicle. Cruising into NY Harbor, seeing the Statue of Liberty with Frank Sinatra singing “New York/New York” over the intercom put a smile on our face.

There were many on board lectures that were informative and entertaining. We enjoyed “The Living Room” in the afternoon and/or evening, reading while having a before dinner glass of wine and being entertained by the gifted pianist on their beautiful Steinway grand piano.

Dinner each evening was delicious. Most nights in “The Restaurant” the menu each evening offered local cuisine, while also providing traditional items such as salads, steaks and fish. The “World Cafe” was available for all meal times, great variety and always tasty. Plenty of fresh fruit for all the meals!
