We chose this cruise because of relatively small size, with 200 passengers or less. I had wanted to go to Antarctica since my teen years. Retired in 2022 and booked this cruise. Everything was perfect. It happened to be her maiden voyage and we thoroughly enjoyed the naming ceremony. Truly was an experience to always remember.

The trip itself involved multiple zodiac trips to Antarctica peninsula. The scenery was more than I could have ever imagined. The expedition guides were kind, patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the many aspects of Antarctica, including history, biology, ornithology, climatology. They were each very enthusiastic about their particular area of expertise, and obviously enjoyed sharing information with us.

The ship was lovely, food was excellent. The wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I loved the trip so much, that on return home my husband and I immediately booked another Antarctic cruise with Atlas for November this year! (2023). I am an experienced traveler, have backpacked throughout Alaska and through 5 South American countries, as well as Cuba. Antarctica with Atlas on the World Traveller
