Wanted to take a river cruise. Interesting ports of call. Captain and crew top notch. Waiters Stefan, Alessandra, Jessa and Olena efficient, courteous and “fun” to interact with. Our cabin attendant, Liudmyla, did a great job keeping our cabin clean and in order. Helena Petkovic, front desk, went out of her way to help me with jewelry purchase. Upon return from tours and excursions, Captain Martin Bauer always present to welcome us “home”.
All food and drinks good but welcome and farewell dinners extraordinary. Discussions in lounge stimulating and interesting. Especially enjoyed crew show.
Can’t say enough good things about Julia Neto, our cruise director. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, sympathetic and spoke clearly. Good sense of humor. Could be serious when needed for group functioning and direction. Her simple explanations for return to ship in various ports after exploring on our own were clear and very helpful.
Cabin Review
Small but comfortable and efficient. Cabin stewardess was excellent. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed balcony. Reception let me use a converter so I could use my curling iron. Gave me extra hangers so I could hang up all my clothes. Suitcases fit under bed.

Beautiful city. Hotel centrally located. Julia Neto made exploring fun and interesting. Excursion to Berger Oberland most enjoyable.
Brugge (Bruges)
Beautiful, old city. Again, hotel central for exploration. Didn’t do optional tours as wanted to enjoy atmosphere of city. Only turn-off was packed with other tourists.
