We enjoyed the Disney Fantasy. This was our first Disney cruise and it was fantastic. The service was amazing!! Our room steward was exceptional and really went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food was fairly good. Some meals in the dining room were just okay but that’s to be somewhat expected when they are preparing food in such huge quantities. We loved seeing the characters and it was super fun just to catch them on the whim. The shows were absolutely incredible! We really enjoyed our time and already have another booking in the works! We booked a GTY inside stateroom and knew they would pick our room for us. That’s the chance we took in order to get it on such a great deal. Our inside stateroom was great. Three of us in the room and plenty of room. The magical porthole was our favorite but the room location wasn’t the best.

Standard Inside Stateroom
We booked a GTY Inside stateroom. We love inside staterooms-great for naps and we like how it stays dark. That location was not good. Many noises, which can get very loud because we were all the way forward and above the thrusters and anchor. When we would dock or sail away our room would literally shake and it would be so loud. This was our first Disney cruise but our 8th cruise overall. We know forward locations also are prone to feeling more of the motion and that was absolutely the case especially during our one rocky night. The motion itself doesn’t bother us but good to know if you’re prone to motion sickness. Our room was above the theater but we heard no sounds from it. Our room was also behind vibe and we could hear loud music sometimes at night. We had our six year old and it never bothered her but if you are looking to book this cabin, these are things to keep in mind.
