We were wanting to go to Paris and got the flyer in the mail. Had only heard good things to say about Viking, so took a chance and booked in December. Unfortunately somehow we got connected with a travel agent out of Las Vegas. Once we paid in January never heard from her again. Luckily Viking 800 # was so helpful cause this was our first cruise and told us what to expect. Excursions were included and so informative (don't change them). The food and food service was outstanding. The whole crew made you feel welcomed and couldn't ask for any more, from the housekeeping, conceigre, guides, chef and especially the director, Claudia. Big shout out to the guide, especially at the Charles De Gall airport. There were some glitches in our return flight and she saw us through it all up to our departure gate. Just a wonderful trip and we will recommend Viking to anyone.
