I chose this cruise because it included Vienna and Budapest. The cruise lived up to my expectations. Tour guides are always well informed and amiable. Viking cruises are always extremely well run and this was no exception. the staff is wonderful, the food is great and the bartenders make great drinks.
My one suggestion is that tours in towns with lots of cobblestone streets and hills need to be better described as difficult for those with difficulty walking. Also, a few tours did not have an adequate amount of time between them.
Viking was very good at handling some unexpected delays such as congestion at the locks. Paul, our director always gave good instructions and explanations for any deviations from time schedules.
Not sure of category but standard without a balcony. The cabin was cozy and would have been too tight for 2 people. It was fine since I did not spend a lot of time in the cabin. It was spotless and well maintained. a chair would have been nice but obviously, there is no room for one.
