Never been on a cruise before and figured it’d be good to start with a river one…and Viking didn’t disappoint! Excellent service from every single staff member (kudos to Nadia who kept my state room in tip top shape twice a day!)! Max was the best director and I truly had a wonderful time going on all the excursions. I felt so relaxed and made a lot of new friends. I love all the excursion offerings and felt safe throughout the entire trip. We had excellent weather and had ample time to shop for souvenirs. The pre-excursion check-ins the night before were helpful, and the variety of meals available was world-class (thanks, Chef Pascal!). I was so pleased that I decided to purchase a $200 voucher for my next trip. I’ve been telling my friends and family about my experience and they are planning on booking a cruise with Viking soon!
