We chose the Grand Tour as it was a reunion with old friends. Made the reservations two years ago and counted down the days to our adventure.

The cruising scenery and port visits were all wonderful, but what I didn’t expect was the superior customer service and fine dining experiences on board. I have never experienced customer service better than Viking. From getting off the plane, through the cruise, and getting back on the return flight, a Viking representative was with us to make sure all went smoothly.

The food and dining service was exquisite. Equal or exceeded a 5-star restaurant with regional foods and fine wines. We got to know our servers and enjoyed seeing them at each meal. Read more
