Upon returning, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff and management for providing a high-quality, impeccable, responsible, and unforgettable experience. The staff is dedicated to their work and attentive to every customer. I was particularly impressed by their simple problem-solving approach. I had lost my cruise card, but I received a new one without any stress or explanations, just a smile and a resolved issue.

The luxury, new technologies, and cleanliness of the ship made a great impression, along with the appropriate and unobtrusive attention from the staff when needed. During the trip, I had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday on the ship. I was already admiring the work of the waiter, Tri Kuncoro Adi from Indonesia (Restaurant: Aur. Boreale, Seating: 21:00, Table 938), who professionally served our table from the first moment, quickly understood our preferences, ensured that we enjoyed our meals, and knew our favorite drinks, pouring them for us. On my birthday, waiter Tri Kuncoro Adi surprised us by performing a birthday song together with the rest of the waiter team. He created a very positive atmosphere not only on that day but throughout the entire cruise.

The performances by the top-level animators, artists, and singers were impressive. The costumes, stage design, professionally executed acts, and variety of genres during the shows were remarkable.
