Sail Date: Jun 2023

We decided to return to Alaska and have been on the Ruby princess before. From the Captain to Stewards everyone was spectacular. We were celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, and Father's day. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. The food on this ship was better than other ships in the same fleet. With exception of the dessert specialty or otherwise - all the desserts we tried were lack luster.

We are medallion users and have been since they began. No issues with our medallions or access. They are great.

My suggestion for the Ocean/Princess app is that the app should be made so that if you send or receive a message from a shipmate that a notification is received. What is the point of sending your shipmate a message if you don't know you have a message ....... this is frustrating especially if you are the one sending the message.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was clean and organized. Our room steward was the best we have ever had. He was attentive, efficient, and very detail oriented.

Port Reviews

Endicott Arm

This was the highlight of our cruise and did not disappoint. The captain and his team did an amazing job getting into the arm and close to the glacier. Absolutely fantastic!!!
