We choose this cruise due to convenience, price, and kid amenities. We did not buy a drink package. We did not buy the wifi. Felt like the whole cruise was a sales conference. Food was just ok. Ship only has 2 pools for normal people on the whole ship. Beers almost 9 bucks a piece. I still saved a little by not buying the package. Bring your own soda if you can. The package for soda is not worth it. We did zip lining in Mazatlan. That's was a blast. They would not let us go to shore in Cobo due to weather. Times in Port are super short and they spend most of your time at sea by design to get you to spend money on ship. Food was average. Nothing that will make you miss it a ton. Bartenders are nice but slow. Swiping my card a d signing for every drink was dumb. Casino is ok but dealers are young and need more experience. Will more than likely never do Carnival again but see the potential in cruises and will go on more. The wifi if you do get it only works with some apps I was told. Overall not a terrible cruise but not great.

Nice clean. Housekeeper was outstanding.

Mazatlan

Port itself is awful. Our zip lining there was awesome

Puerto Vallarta

Weather was brutal. Shopping was great.
