First of all, their website is NOT very user friendly. The customer service is actually pretty bad with helping or answering questions. Our restroom smelled like sewer The entire week. One time our toilet wouldn’t flush for over a half hour. Common toilets smelled like sewer back up also. The shore excursions are way overpriced so we arranged our own. Help desks were not staffed for most of the time during the day to get help. Entertainment was mediocre this ship had nothing for young children to do. The shuffleboard supplies weren’t provided for three days and then when it was available the staff took it from us at 5 pm!! The only good food was at specialty restaurants what a difference with the French onion soup at the windows versus Cagneys. The worst spinach and artichoke dip that I have ever had at the local. Our room attendant was awesome as was our waitress at windows.
This was my 14 cruise on a variety of different cruise lines. I don’t think I will be back Norwegian, but I do t think that you care!
