Great itinerary. Was offered a deal by Holland. 2nd time with them. Not overly impressed with ability to upgrade from a guaranteed inside. Empty rooms but party line is no upgrades available. Was looking to pay just not cancel entire cruise to do so. Crew was great especially activities director Clare and staff member Jose Food in main dining good waiter Daniel was excellent. Service in restaurant slow but food tasty. Embarkations was easy and guest speakers were great. Customer and guest services not so much. Great trivia and activities made for a fun trip. Tours offered were limited and very expensive. The guest speaker offered suggestions for low cost excursions which were appreciated. Use the hop on hop off bus where available to save money and see the majority of sites. Ship is clean and quite new. BB kings entertainment was exclennt. Small casino wi th limited machines to play

Cabin Review

Standard Interior Stateroom

Inside cabin that was easily the worst cabin I have ever stayed in. Two nights of banging in the middle of the night that was downplayed by guest services. Only after listening to my audio did they agree it wasn’t acceptable. After trying to upgrade numerous times prior and during embarkation only to be refused. At first told no rooms then told that other rooms have issues. Our cabin steward admitted that this was likely a very noisy rooms that others have complained about. Don’t risk a guarantee room to gamble and get this one
