We chose this cruise as it was offered to us at a deeply discounted price. We live in Tennessee. We flew to Seattle and stayed the night at the Crown Plaza near the airport. The next morning we went back to the airport and took a Princess bus to Vancouver.

Took us about an hour to get on ship from the time we got off the bus. Our room was ready and our luggage arrived shortly after.

Room was very clean and everything looked nice. I will say the furniture is a bit aged but we knew going into this cruise the ship is old. We didn’t let that stop us from having a fantastic time.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Our cabin was very nice except the couch was very worn.

Port Reviews

Hubbard Glacier

Nice glacier, wish we could have gotten closer.

Icy Strait

Our favorite port. We had a sample of crab legs and they were delicious. They have little fire pits everywhere to sit around and relax. You can walk the beach and find starfish. Eagles are everywhere. There’s a little donut place…mmm…they are the best. Don’t forget to take the shuttle to the little town called Hoona.

Juneau

Too crowded! There were 5 ships in port and you. Couldn’t even walk down the street. Be prepared because 90% of the shops are jewelry stores!

Ketchikan

Another one of our favorite places. We just love to walk around.

Skagway

We did a streetcar tour here.

Victoria

Oh gosh, was a nice clean town. We took a pedicab tour here and loved it. It was 2 hours long and it was our own private little tour. You can find them when you get off the ship at the end of the pier.
