This was my 4th carnival cruise & my last. I usually purchase faster to the fun to skip the lines getting on the ship & to ensure we get our luggage early, usually by the time you get on the ship, since that's one of the FTTF's selling points. We arrived to the port at our scheduled time & was ushered directly into the regular line, not priority, despite telling each employee we encountered. They kept saying "they'll separate you further down the line". That time never came. Finally we get alllllllll the way to the point that u get onto the ship & now there's 2 lines, one for priority, & both are empty. We've used FTTF w/our other cruises & that's never been how it worked. We also didn't receive our luggage to our room until 7pm, after almost everyone else on the ship had received theirs. I'm fact, our room attendant ran down to where they store the luggage to find ours. Don't waste your money purchasing FTTF, it's no longer worth it.

They had ONE buffet line open on Lido the entire cruise, w/almost 4,000 ppl on board. The lines were exhausting, Lido deck was hot, I literally felt like I was in basic training again. Mind you, there's 4 lines for the buffet that are usually open on every other carnival cruise we've been on, but for some reason w/thousands of ppl they decide to open just one. The food was disgusting. Nothing at the buffet matched. One night we had super thin chicken breasts coated in cornmeal (no seasoning) w/some type of Alfredo sauce u could top it with, but no pasta- rice & beans instead. And pickled seaweed. Lunchmeat slices, dried cheese cubes, the same scrambled eggs from a package every morning for breakfast- u know, the kind that separates from the water so u have water scrambled eggs
