Chose this cruise because if the ports of call. We were promised a unobstructed balcony view, we did not get that, they did not change our room, even though the ship was not full. The staff continually lie to you, they are rude and arrogant. The food was mediocre, at best. The fact that all of the meat we ate throughout our cruise was tough and dry. Nothing was prepared fresh, even the eggs were fried in advance as well as hamburgers. You couldn’t even get an omelet at the buffet restaurant. Also, who serves food on plastic plates, this was completely ridiculous. One day I saw someone with shrimp on their plate so I asked where they were, no one knew and I had asked four people, finally after 20 minutes of waiting someone brought some out for me, 20 minutes!!! Also in the dining room, the alternate meal if you didn’t like the menu was minute steak?????? People who can’t afford proper cuts of beef eat minute steak, what the heck. Even more ridiculous, cookies, the only time you could get cookies was after 10pm at night, what is the reason behind this, it is not an expensive item and there are kids on board that would love to have cookies during the day, even adults like the odd cookie.

Pool side was no better, guests had to ask for loungers and most times no one was around to get them so the guests got their own off the stacks of chairs, they never put out enough chairs in the mornings. The staff would take hours to clean up dirty dishes or glasses, they would continuously walk by them and not pick them up, it looked so dirty. Bar staff never came around to ask if you needed a drink, you had to get it yourself and wait 10 minutes to be served.
