Cabin: Deluxe Veranda
Chose this cruise for the destination and believed Celebrity offered luxury cruises. We found this not to be the case. Ship was overcrowded, struggled to get a seat on several occasions and service was also slow at times. Ocean View Cafe at breakfast and lunch was so busy you could not find a seat, it felt like a factory canteen.
Cuvee dining, food was average, portion sizes small and service was slow.
Food in speciality restaurant The Tuscan Grille was very average and overpriced. When you are promoting this as speciality dining you need to ensure it is SPECIAL.
