The dining restaurants were of average standard. The buffet restaurant was over crowded with lack of staff. The service chaotic. Too many people crammed into a short period with not enough staff. In the bars it took 30 to 40 minutes to be served.Too many photographers which could have been spent on employing more bar staff/waiter service. Rooms were cramped and small. Ship was beautiful pity the service could not match it. This is the first time with.MSC it will be our last. I felt even if you had a premium package you could never get to use your full allowance because the service was slow. The staff they had tried to cope but it was too much for them with the amount. There was no seats because it was fully occupied . No seating area for disabled. It was uncomfortable. The pool area jammed packed. Not enough sun loungers. No chairs by pool designated for disabled. Cabin Review

Small dirty window view obstructed by lifeboat outside. No comfort at all no sitting chairs.
