Out of 10 cruises I have been on( 9 carnival and 1 princess) this is the best one. Make sure to book anytime dining when going on the Mardi Gras because if you don’t you can’t go to the other dining dinner options until 8:30 pm and trust me you don’t want to miss cha bang, the Italian restaurant, or guys pig and anchor smoke house brew house. Cha bang is awesome make sure to get the QUESO FUNDIDO at cha bang.
Don’t miss the summer landing pool it was almost always empty . Make sure to go to EMERIL'S BISTROS AT SEA we have never done Specialty dining before but tried this and loved it, best food we have ever had on a cruise, we got the market price shrimp, red beans and rice, beignets, and crab salad for dinner. For breakfast we got the banana foster pancakes and some beignets because they were so good at dinner. Bolt (roller coaster) was awesome, a don’t miss, it was iso fun. If you want to see a show at center stage ( which you do!) make sure to get there for seats 45 minutes early for good seats. Go see family feud it was very entertaining and so funny. The water slides were also amazing and a great way to cool off. We loved carnival kitchen that is were you go and cook and get to learn some of carnival secret recipes, we did I pizza and pasta class both were so fun and enjoyable.
We had cabin 7c much more roomy and welcoming than any other room had so many out lets, a lot of storage and a glass shower door. Balcony was roomy and was fun to look out from.
