This was our first cruise so we don't have anything to compare it to, but I know when I'm having a good time and if I consider the service we received to be good and overall we thought it was very good. All of the staff was very helpful and courteous. The first morning at the breakfast buffet was a bit hectic especially with a lot of people not setting their time back an additional hour which caused long lines forming way before the buffet was actually going to open. The omelet station was awesome, her omelets were better than the MDR and there was bacon, which many Australian cruisers reviewed that it was not an option for them. We enjoyed our meals in the MDR and service was great.

The one issue at port was not enough staff out on the pier to help direct people to their excursions although there were lots to direct you off the ship.

We really enjoyed the Luminosa Rock Band and the Piano Bar next to the MDR on deck 2 and for anyone wondering whether to purchase a drinks package or not, my husband and I had all the alcoholic drinks we wanted, about 5 per day each and wine with dinner and we still spent less than if we had got the drinks package.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Our cabin was spacious and the balcony larger than expected. Everything worked, we had no plumbing issues at all.

Endicott Arm

Our favorite day! The views were stunning and had perfect weather.
