The best - housekeeping was awesome our guy was outstanding.
The good — when you had a complaint it was usually solved quickly.
The bad - We had a family interior on the second floor and when we went to play the games in the family center on the 2nd floor. The games did not work and when we ask for the disk to play the games the lady she was just in charge of housekeeping of the room and nothing she could do.
