The service, even when seated at restaurants, was very bad. We bonded with many tables and groups over how poor the service was. One couple mentioned they found the "bottom" to their "bottomless" drink too many times (they were literally just sticking around to make the purchase worth it as to not spend $40/person on a single drink)

When laying out on the deck the glasses stack up and never get cleared, and you have to get up and go find drinks if you want it - nobody will come ask you if you want a drink - you have to wait in line or get really lucky.

On Royal Caribbean, If you do not have a drink in your hand, you are constantly asked if you want something. This did get annoying sometimes, but Virgin Voyages showed me what the other side of this looks like: a complete lack of service.

Cabin Review

Modern and clean. Don't let your tablet die. Bathrooms had no hand soap so you have to reach into the shower or bring your own hand soap. Showers and toilet are larger than other lines.
