I have always wanted to cruise Alaska! This cruise was such o disappointing. Reservations were not given, paid for dining experiences but they didn’t have enough time’s available to use them with no refund offered, people booked excursions that were way overbooked and had to lose their spots I was stopped by finance on my way off because I got coffee in the morning and I had to pay a 1.00 tax.

There were many nickel and diming I have never experienced on any of the other cruise lines I have sailed with. Staff and passengers due to the lack of organization were rude. The overall experience was the worst I have ever had from a cruise. I will say, Alaska was breathtaking and I will definitely go back but never with Norwegian.

I would recommend any other cruise line but never Norwegian a very expensive trip definitely not worth the money!
