Overall it was a great cruise and great experience. Food was exceptional, best I've had on any major cruise line. Cabin was great too. With the $300 bar credit and $600 cabin credit it was an exceptional value. We didn't pay for drinks or upgraded wifi and had plenty of Sailor Loot to spend on board. As for criticisms, trying to get a drink at any of the bars was like pulling teeth at times. Long lines or bars were closed, and throughout the ship waiter service to get a drink in outdoor areas was almost non existent. Twice I ordered a glass of White Zinfandel wine at a bar and was told they don't have it. Really? The day at Bimini Beach Club was fun but the lunch they provided was not good at all, other cruise lines have provided a much better lunch buffet at their private island beaches. Entertainment on board was not as good as other cruise lines, and for the most part seems geared for millennials. The final day there was no instruction for disembarking, either in writing or on the app. All the app had was a place to pick your time to leave. I had to contact guest services to find out about leaving luggage out the night before, luggage tags, etc. The process for boarding at the Miami terminal was chaotic and disorganized resulting in lots of wait time to get on board. The ship itself is fabulous, but at each elevator bank on every deck, they had signs that said what was on each deck but no map or diagrams to find these places like on other ships. Lastly, not so sure we liked the concept of The Galley in place of a buffet. Yes, they provide table service but the food choices seemed limited.
Lunch provided was not good at all. Took forever to get a drink from the bar.
