We had a great cruise last October with MSC orchestra. So we're really pleased to be able to book the seashore as it is their newest boat. Such a shame that our experience was not a good one. If we had not had a good experience before with MSC we would not book with then again

The service in all of the bars we tried was extremely slow and waiters were not making eye contact and looking for customers. There were places that clearly said no children allowed and the staff did nothing to enforce thus, even when we made them aware and complained on numerous occasions. It didn't make for a nice relaxing time for us. The tables in the very busy buffet area were not cleared quickly and smokers/vapours were everywhere again even in areas clearly marked as no smoking. The staff didn't say anything to these passengers. There wasn't any senior staff actually doing anything..on our previous cruises the staff and senior staff have always been great at customer service. More training is definitely needed on this ship. The boat is new and clean and tidy . I am.not against children on cruises but I've never seen so many and lots in buggies. It was chaos

Cabin Review

Good size and everything we needed. Although we did find receipts in the drawer from the previous occupant and a pair glasses under the bed. So housekeeping need more training!
