We were part of the Bear Cruise group aboard. Loved the F&B concepts on the ship (except for the experimental kitchen… the food was good but too long for a series of appetizer… 2 hours… had to grab a pizza right after).

Lívia was our housekeeper for the stay. Just excellent. She found our missing piece of luggage at the beginning of the cruise which set the tone service wise on her part. The room was also neatly made up everyday and always greeted us with a smile. She works hard and definitely an asset on the Virgin team.

The service was slow on the busier bars but you could see that the crew was working as hard as the could to deliver. Read more
