The cruise it's self was excellent, the staff very attentive and the food good. I really couldn't fault the cruise, HOWEVER, I very nearly didn't go as my experience of the UK Customer Service department was utterly appalling and I thought if this is the way the cruise will unfold I wasn't interested. Facilities on the ship were good but limited, the itinerary was excellent and they obviously had listen to passengers when changing some of the stops.
Also the link in the email regarding Rewards is broken.
The Video on their website regarding Suite facilities is in accurate and misleading.
I felt it was small but I am used to Ocean cruising and they obviously have more space.
