I had a wonderful experience on the MSC Seaside. From embarkation to disembarkation, it was an unforgettable trip. This was my experience with MSC Cruises and my first travelling solo, so I choose a 3 nights to give it a try. I was very impressed with the ship. The Atrium experience is unique. I felt immediately on a safe and happy place. The room was ready by 2pm. I entered the ship around1:00pm, so as soon as I finished with my lunch at the buffet I headed to my cabin and it ready. Since I was traveling alone I was not sure to use the MDR, but I did and it was fantastic. Waiters were very attentive and drinks and food arrived in a timely matter. Don't let bad reviews influence on your next cruise decisions.
