This was my 1st cruise with them and boy did it leave an impression. The live music played on the pool deck was so bad. The 2 gentlemen tried their best but were off the mark with the covers they were playing. Then there was the men's restroom outside the Reflections dining room that had "fluid" overflowing from it into the hallway leading to the Reflections dining room. Despite this, the restroom wasn't closed and some staff donned masks to not smell the foul order coming from it. Lastly, on our third night, we decided to dine in the Reflections dining room for dinner. After our waiter took our dinner selections, a bread basket was brought out, along with butter. As I was quite hungry, I went through 2 rolls quickly. But when I reached for the 3rd roll, I picked it up and saw a piece of salmon stuck to it. After thinking about this, I came to the conclusion that it came from another passengers plate and was recycled with the "fresh" bread rolls. Not good.

Overall, the wait staff were AMAZING but, the ship showed its age in some areas.
