The food was exceptional compared to other cruise lines, but the drinks were pretty weak. The crew was very friendly, accommodating and attentive. The didn’t appear miserable and it looks like Virgin takes care of their staff. The captain was super nice and engaged with the passengers. Virgin is my 4th cruise line and it was the friendliest, most diverse and coolest group of passengers by far!

The room was basic compared to other lines, but the hammock is a nice touch. The boat and onboard activities were underwhelming and the pool was shamefully small…ridiculously small given there are no onboard extras like water slides. I would cruise with Virgin again primarily for the adult only experience and great food, but think they should rethink the use of the ship space. There were a lot of areas that were barely used. The should invest in more/larger pools and hot tubs.
