I would not call myself and my wife an expert for cruise traveling since this is only the second cruise trip that we take. But we can see the difference which is very obviously. The staffs are really nice and helpful but most of them looked like they burn out. The food is great and the entertainment are good. On the other hand, The embarkation and disembarkation in new York is a total chaos. It seems to be with less organized and guiding. Despite all the staffs are nice and helpful but they are definitely understaffed during the embarkation and disembarkation process. And it seems they are on a really tight schedule to prepare for the new arrivals. We choose to check-in in 10:30am to 11:30am and we were not able to get to the ship in 3:00pm and the room is not ready until 4:00pm. It seems to be some awful management from the higher up to burn out these nice staffs and frustrate us the guests. My wife and I feel tired after both embarkation and disembarkation but more feel sorry for those staffs.
