Chose this cruise for the Haven experience and NCL did not disappoint! Excellent food and service. Wilson the Butler was outstanding the whole week. Concierge attended to all our needs and requests. beautiful ship and activities to suit everyone. Steward did a fantastic job cleaning room 2x daily. Haven food was delicious but would have appreciated a change of menu every few days or at least add a special each night. Appreciated that the casino had a separate glassed in smoking room. This allowed us nonsmokers to enjoy the environment. We ate at two specialty restaurants', La Bistro (French), wonderful service and awesome dishes. Breast of Duck was delish. The Teppanyaki Grill left much to be desired...although it was entertaining the food was uneatable! They have replaced the filet mignon with sirloin and it was tasteless and could not be chewed. The chicken was dry as a bone. The rice was passable but not great. I would not eat there again. Bermuda was a beautiful destination, all in all it was a wonderful cruise.
